About Me
I’m Chris Reilly, a CLIO award-winning 3D Generalist, designer, and programmer with a BA in Film & Animation and minors in Computer Science and Digital Marketing. I specialize in crafting high-impact visual content that fuses storytelling with technical precision.
Throughout my career, I’ve embraced being a true generalist -combining hard surface modeling, realtime rendering, motion design, and coding to create content that bridges creativity and systems thinking. From compositing VFX into live-action footage to designing realtime environments in UE5, my work lives at the intersection of creative direction and custom pipelines. I’ve contributed to branded experiences for major IPs, startups, and global campaigns, delivering cinematic trailers, animated explainers, and product-centric 3D assets seen by hundreds of millions.
My process is part art, part engineering: I’ve created microcontroller-driven camera systems, developed automation tools for content pipelines (directly contributing to millions in revenue), and even built dioramas enhanced with visual effects. I bring a problem-solver’s mindset to every project.
Whether supporting product marketing or brand storytelling,
I thrive in multidisciplinary teams and bring a builder’s mindset to every challenge.
Let’s create something exceptional.

I use tools like Blender, After Effects, and Unreal Engine to develop cinematic 3D assets, VFX, and brand stories. As a programmer (Python, JavaScript, and more), B2B marketer, and designer, I work at the intersection of disciplines, where creative storytelling meets technical execution. I’ve solved complex challenges by building advanced 3D pipelines, generating thousands of unique models, and prototyping interactive content. I understand how products and marketing evolve together, and I bring empathy to the creative process, ensuring every piece connects with real audiences. From designing digital collectibles to crafting product demos, I’ve collaborated with engineers, creatives, and founders alike to bring ideas to life. That’s what drives me: turning vision into something tangible, scalable, and unforgettable.
My strength is in versatility. I understand how to solve problems from technical, creative, and strategic standpoints. As a small business owner myself, I relate to and identify with the needs of businesses, individuals, and creatives alike, and I stop at nothing to develop custom plans to provide top-knotch creative content, no matter what my clients require. Below, please find several detailed case studies that describe times when I've been able to do just that.
I go beyond traditional 3D design, because creating compelling imagery often requires much more. I deliver on visual effects and camera solving needs, in-browser animation (WebGL), physics & fluid simulation, and compositing. I combine my technical instincts with my design skillset to produce reliable, well-constructed content. The bottom line is, I identify the best method to produce the absolute highest quality content, and then I forge a path to get there, whether that path takes me on a journey to learn a new programming language, to build out something like an Arduino project, or even shoot my own cinematography.
I'm familiar with a variety of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, Python, C++, and others. To me, they are simply more tools in my creative toolbox. Programming allows me to deliver interactive experiences and more contemporary design, and sits naturally within my workflow.
